Our support account is @tgbrowse_team. Send a message there for anything: submitting a channel, reporting a broken link, asking about advertising, requesting that your channel be removed, or just saying hi. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Common requests

Most of the messages we get fall into a few categories. If yours fits one of these, you can probably get what you need without messaging us at all.

Submit a channel. Use the submission form. It takes thirty seconds and we review every submission within a couple of days.

Remove a channel. If a channel listed on TGBrowse is yours and you'd like it removed, message us on Telegram with the channel username and a quick proof that you own it (like a post in the channel mentioning TGBrowse). We'll take it down within 24 hours.

Update channel info. If the description or category for your channel is wrong, message us. Same deal: quick proof of ownership and we'll fix it.

Advertise. Check the advertising page for the options we offer. If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed there, message us.

Press, partnerships, interviews. Telegram is the easiest way for these. We try to respond to journalist requests within a day or two.

What we don't do

We don't promote channels in exchange for unpaid favors, we don't sell our user data (we barely collect any in the first place), and we don't accept submissions for channels that scam people, push unverified medical claims, or distribute illegal content. If you're not sure whether your channel fits, just ask.
